Shipping Information

Every Sculptedwax order is packed with care from our Sydney studio.

As our candles are hand-poured in small batches and many pieces are made to order, please allow time for production and dispatch during busy periods, collection launches or seasonal events.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Packaging & Gift Wrapping

Every order (excluding Bulk Candle Packages) is thoughtfully gift wrapped and includes a complimentary tealight candle.

For a more personal touch, leave your message in the “Order Special Instructions” box at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note at no extra charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing and packaging every order to ensure your candles arrive safely. Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected for transit.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@sculptedwax.com within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:

your order number
clear photos of the damaged item/s
photos of the packaging and box condition

Because damage claims must also be submitted through the courier company within their required timeframe, claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to find the most appropriate resolution.

Shipping- Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Many of our Sculptural Candles are hand-poured to order and require approximately 5–7 business days to be created and prepared for dispatch.

During collection launches, seasonal periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended as each candle is poured and packed in small intentional batches.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes — we ship Australia wide.

We currently offer:

Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $120+
Standard Shipping — $9.95 AUD (approx. 3–7 business days)
Express Shipping — $16.95 AUD (approx. 1–2 business days)

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we currently offer international shipping to selected countries including:

New Zealand

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please allow approximately 6–27 business days for international delivery depending on your location and customs processing times.

Signature on delivery may be required for international orders
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
