Every Sculptedwax candle is hand-poured in small batches and made to order, meaning no two pieces will ever be completely identical. Subtle variations in colour, finish and shape are part of the handmade nature and beauty of our candles.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We kindly encourage customers to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing, including sizing, fragrance notes and candle care information.

Handmade Candle Disclaimer

Please note:

• Sculptural candles are intentionally designed to soften and transform as they burn. Wax movement and natural reshaping are part of their design and not considered faults.
• Minor imperfections, frosting or subtle surface variations may naturally occur with soy wax and are part of the handmade character of each candle.
• Burn performance can vary depending on environment, airflow and candle care practices.
